Shipping Incharge

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the position of Shipping Incharge. The Shipping Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all shipping operations to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the shipping process, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders for shipment.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor shipping schedules and prioritize shipments based on customer requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and materials and reorder as necessary.
• Verify shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations, for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Address any shipping-related issues or delays and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Implement and enforce shipping policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Train and supervise shipping staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
• Analyze shipping data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and warehousing, to coordinate shipping activities and resolve issues.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in shipping and logistics, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to shipping and transportation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipping documents and records.
