Tablet Machine operator

Operate tablet manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Set up and calibrate tablet machines to ensure proper functioning and product quality.
Monitor production process, including tablet compression, blending, and coating, to maintain efficiency and meet production targets.
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to identify any deviations or defects in tablets.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area and equipment to comply with regulatory standards.
Document production activities, including batch records and equipment maintenance logs, accurately and timely.
Collaborate with quality assurance and other team members to address any issues related to product quality or process efficiency.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to tablet manufacturing processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
