Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of 7-10 years in Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate will excel in code review, client interaction, and collaboration within a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and support full-stack applications, leveraging front-end technologies such as React and server-side technologies including Python Flask.
• Comfortable working in overlapping hours roughly + PM to 11:30 PM IST
• Engage in code review processes to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Interact directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of the team and project goals.
• Implement customize, and integrate third-party applications as necessary to meet project requirements.
• Utilize debugging techniques and tools like Wireshark/Fiddler and Chrome Debug extensions to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and concise communication within the team and with clients.

Skills & Requirements:
• Proficiency in JavaScript (JS), ReactJS, Python Flask, MSSQL, redux middleware, client-side routing, and RESTful JSON-based APIs.
• Comfortable working in overlapping hours roughly + PM to 11:30 PM IST
• Familiarity with VueJS/NodeJS is considered a plus.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies, contributing to iterative and incremental software development processes.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends, staying informed about advancements in full-stack development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
