We are currently seeking a talented Fresher Figma UI Designer to join our remote team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge user interfaces.

Job Summary: As a Fresher Figma UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital products' user experience. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. Your primary responsibility will be to design and prototype interfaces using Figma, a collaborative design tool. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for user-centric design to kick-start their career in the field.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, adhering to design guidelines and best practices.
Design and iterate on user interfaces for various digital products, including websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
Develop a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors through user research and analysis.
Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance your design skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and a cohesive user experience across different platforms.
Communicate and present design ideas, concepts, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction).
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects, including UI designs created using Figma.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
