Area Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct regular visits to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote our hosiery products and secure sales orders. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. ● Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential customers to expand the company's market presence. ● Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our hosiery products. ● Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to meet both company and customer objectives. ● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to anticipate changes in demand and adapt sales strategies accordingly. ● Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and marketing materials. ● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Requirements: ● Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field sales within the hosiery industry. ● Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. ● Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory. ● Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
