Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for taking regular feedback from PMBJK (Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra) owners
Handling calls and issues of PMBJK store owner and Manager
To solve problem received from PMBJK Store owners and applicants
Any other duties assigned by seniors, all day-to-day matters pertaining to above & and other responsibilities assigned by management
To get the orders from the PMBJK and achieve the assigned numbers(Unique Kendra & Value) on every month
Perform joint call with PMBI MO to PMBJK related to POS and all
To collect the order from Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra
Assure to collect the payment and Outstanding from respective Kendra`s
If Kendra has face any issues like payment, payment updating, POS issue, ticket generation etc. then solve it or transfer it to the respective service provider teams.
Ensure proper data management of all activities of Sales & Marketing department along with achieving the given Targets per Month
Preparation of daily reports of operations performed
Desired Candidate Profile

Able to manage inbound-outbound calls and solve issues on call
Strong follow up and communication skill
Ability to handle query and resolve them
Good communication and convincing skill
Able to do telesales
Fresher can also apply
Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred
Education – Any Graduate

Experience – 0 to 2 Years
