Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team at Indira Nagar, Bangalore. The Multi Technician will be responsible for providing maintenance support for both electrical and plumbing systems in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Electrical and Plumbing Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, switches, and lighting fixtures. Also, should be proficient in plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures.

2. Maintenance Expertise: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks for electrical and plumbing systems. Check electrical wiring, switches, outlets, and appliances for proper functioning. Inspect plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drains for leaks, blockages, or other issues.

3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing problems as they arise. Identify the root cause of issues and implement effective solutions to resolve them promptly.

4. Routine Checks: Conduct regular checks of all electrical and plumbing components in the restaurant, including lights, HVAC systems, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and sinks. Ensure that all systems are in good working condition.

5. Flexible Duty Timings: Be available for flexible duty timings as per the employer's requirement. This may include working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to address maintenance emergencies or scheduled tasks.

Qualifications:

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems accurately and efficiently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work flexible duty timings and respond to maintenance emergencies.
