Salary : 175000 to 350000 Rs Per Month(Negotiable).

This may involve procedures such as brain tumor removal, spinal cord surgery, deep brain stimulation for movement disorders, aneurysm clipping, or spinal fusion for spinal disorders.

Non-Surgical Treatments: Providing non-surgical treatments for certain neurological conditions.
This may include prescribing medications, administering injections, or recommending rehabilitative therapies to manage symptoms and improve patients' quality of life.
Consultations and Referrals: Collaborate with other medical specialists, such as neurologists, radiologists, oncologists, and physical therapists.
Consult with colleagues to discuss complex cases, seek second opinions, or refer patients to other specialists when necessary.
Patient Care and Follow-up: Responsible for providing comprehensive care to their patients, which includes pre-operative counseling, post-operative care, and long-term follow-up. They monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure appropriate pain management during the recovery period.
Administrative Duties: In a hospital setting, neurosurgeons may have administrative responsibilities, such as overseeing neurosurgery departments, coordinating surgical schedules, and managing patient records. They may also participate in hospital committees or contribute to healthcare policy development.
