Education Requirements : MD, DNB.
Experience : 0 to 23 Years.
Employement Type : Full Time.
Salary : 100000 to 175000 Rs Per Month(Negotiable).
Position Overview:
Family Medicine Job Opening in a hospital Sikar Rajasthan.
Patient Care: Conduct thorough medical examinations, take patient histories, and assess overall health conditions. Provide primary care services, including routine check-ups preventive care, and vaccinations. Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries. Monitor chronic conditions and develop long-term treatment plans. Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
Treatment and Prescriptions: Prescribe medications, order laboratory tests, and interpret results. Administer treatments and procedures such as wound care, suturing, and minor surgeries. Advise patients on lifestyle modifications, including diet, exercise, and stress management, to improve overall health.
Medical Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients. Document patient visits, diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions according to hospital protocols. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Collaboration and Referrals: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and technicians, to provide comprehensive patient care. Consult and refer patients to specialists for advanced diagnostic tests or specialized treatments. Coordinate with the hospital's healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Health Promotion and Education: Educate patients and their families on preventive healthcare measures, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices. Conduct health awareness programs, workshops, and community outreach initiatives to promote health and wellness.
Emergency Care: Respond to medical emergencies within the hospital, such as cardiac arrests, respiratory distress, or trauma cases. Provide immediate care, stabilize patients, and coordinate with the emergency department for further treatment.
Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest medical research, treatment guidelines, and best practices in family medicine. Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance medical knowledge and skills. Engage in professional development activities to maintain medical licensing and certifications.
Requirements:
Medical Degree: Possession of an MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
Specialization: Completion of a postgraduate degree (MD, DNB ) In Family Medicine
