Job Description

Locations : Ganapathy, Ramanthapuram,Singanallur(Coimbatore)

Hub Operations- make sure cut off times are correct and routes run properly

Responsibity for the overall leadership and performance of the Hubs

Achieving specific targets and KPI's...

Setting clear customer acquisition and targets that are consistent with best practice and benchmarked against high-performing hubs

Contributing, participating and engaging with network strategy and change

Delivering superior Customer Experience through assertive leadership, coaching, guidance and staff motivation in line with championing my kind of service "delivering on mystery shopping goals"

Responsiblity for leading and developing a high performing team ensuring consistently high levels of capability and engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹1+,000.00 per month
