Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Protective Paints located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our protective coatings to potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Knowledge of protective coatings and finishes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers • Experience in the construction industry is a plus • Proven track record of achieving sales targets • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
