Company Information : • Office Timings will be from 10 AM to 7 PM • Industry : Energy & Infra • Company Information : Group of companies have different business verticals Primarily in Infrastructure Development (Pipelines) & Energy Sector Roles and Responsibilities : • Financial analysis: Monitor and analyze financial accounting dataAudit: Perform financial audits and ensure financial records are accurate • Financial reporting: Prepare financial reporting schedules and create financial reports based on data analysis • Project management: Assign projects to staff and meet financial accounting goals • Recommendations: Make recommendations to business stakeholders and provide recommendations • Investor relations: Maintain good relationships with Investors and attend meetings with Investors • Compliance : Complete Monthly / Quarterly / Annually Direct & Indirect Tax compliance • Team Management : Manage Accounting and Finance Team efficiently to achieve organizational goals • Internal Control : Set up efficient internal control systems to complete accounting and finance functions Requirements • Chartered Accountant with at least 3-5 Years of Industry Experience • Proven experience as a Accounts & Finance Head / Manager • Excellent organizing abilities • Candidates with instability in career will not be given preference as we're looking for candidates with long term perspective. • Great attention to detail • Good Communication Skills • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Tally) Benefits Why to get a job with Accounting Baba? • Get a good company with long term perspective • Get assistance in salary negotiation, Conflict resolution with company • Free of Cost service • Accounts and Finance Specific Jobs matching to your profile • Save time by giving interviews at only selected companies
