Job Title:- Team Lead- Patient Care Specialist Location:- Gurugram, Sector - 14 Experience:- 4+ years Salary:- As per market standards Working Days:- 6 Shifts and Week Offs- Rotational Job Description: ● Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to achieve sales targets. ● Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition. ● Monitor and evaluate team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback to team members.
