Product Owner

Essential Sills Work closely with the product squad to define and deliver user offerings that add value. You will do this by forming a deep understanding of user needs and current product offering that allows you to write, manage and execute against requirements. Begin to build your product maturity by working to understand and align to the broader product strategy and business objectives. • your squad: Work closely with your engineers and design counterparts to evolve the work of your squad so that it aligns to the broader efforts set by the Senior Manager or Product Director. • with Excellence: Enable the day-to-day effectiveness of your squad through completion of activities such as user story creation, backlog grooming and clear and frequent communication with your team. • what matters: Measure and improve key products metrics to enhance the user experience. • easily work with engineering team on product / components that are technical in nature (insight generation, data analytics, base platform capabilities such as IDAM, Multitenancy ..) as limited UI driven feature / Work is expected. • articulates and manages dependencies between teams, esp. from the application platform consumers. • technical/ implementations challenges and drive the definition of viable potentials solutions. • relationships /proactive engagement with platform consumer teams ( data & Product engineering , technical account managers… ) that reflect an elevated level of trust.
