Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, such as posting transactions, preparing financial reports, and reconciling bank statements.

Job Responsibilities JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT.

Ø Vendor Bill:

1. Coordinate with Store Keeper for Challan and vendor bill.

2. Submission of vendor bill and identify with challan and process in account respectively.

3. Communicate with vendor for bill and verify with store person.

4. Coordinate with account team for bill process in account.

Ø Purchase:

1. Solve the purchase order related query with the coordination of purchase department.

2. Maintaining smooth communication flow with purchase department.

3. Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.

4. Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.

Must have knowledge of Expense posting and verification, voucher posting and process in account for the same.

Ø Junior Accountant Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in B.com or Accounting or related field.

· Proficiency in MS Excel will be plus.

· Must minimum experience of 1or2 years of experience

· Ability to work independently and as part of team.

· Have sound understanding of accounting concept & Systems.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience in preparing financial statements and bank reconciliations
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Must have minimum 1 or 2 Years of experience as Jr. Accountant or similar
