Responsibility:

BU enablement:
• Contribute to thought leadership through white papers solution developments journal contributions solution/ offering conceptualization & commercialization for external audiences (industry conferences Eg.
• CIO forum/ Client conferences CXO forums).
• Estimate and procure the resources (financial people) required to achieve defined goals.
• Build relationships necessary to inspire a shared vision and motivate change within Cognizant.
• Develop and nurtures relationships with Client CxO level as a trusted advisor.
• Identify collaborative opportunities including alliances and partnerships & develops solution including internal alignment team alliances and partnership.
• Work with customers to identify key levers that can be used to improve market share/reduce costs/reduce GTM costs.
• Build solution accelerators aligned to current business needs of customer and industry trends.
• Participate in partner forums and evangelizing technology capabilities of Cognizant.

Project/Process:
• Formulate own and prioritize internal projects which would help improve CSS BES & collaboration of all vertical resources.
• Create maintain and implement NBD plan.
• Ensure alignment between individual and SBU (For eg.
• TO T&T CBC) goals and communicate the alignment constantly.
• Lead the selling process For CBC Function only.

• Set direction and mentor a team.
• Lead the team/practice from the front.
• Create a culture that is conducive for the team to take initiatives.
• Participate in campus / lateral recruitment drives.
• Ensure associate satisfaction measured through BES scores.
