Audio Visual Technician

The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4 star hotel and conference centre with 168 bedrooms and 15 conference spaces. We are Scotland’s leading residential conference venue and a member of both the Venues of Excellence and the International Association of Conference Centre. We are currently looking for an Audio-Visual Technician to join our Hotel. Reporting to the Audio-Visual Manager your role is a key AV technical support providing a range of duties that will include operational day-to-day AV support, assisting with conference set up and service, liaising directly with clients, analyse AV equipment and system errors while providing solutions and an excellent customer service. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and high level of AV technical knowledge. Candidates should be educated to higher level and is desirable to have previous use of Open Broadcast software and other streaming platforms, experience in dealing with customers and clients in a previous role is essential. Previous experience of working in a similar hotel environment would be advantageous but not essential for this role. NHS Golden Jubilee is open to considering flexible working options for this role.
