Your typical day will involve leading the team, designing and developing software assets, and ensuring quality and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other Salesforce products. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
