Food Delivery Driver

We are a leading food delivery service provider committed to delivering delicious meals to our customers' doorstep. As we expand our operations, we are looking for dedicated and reliable Food Delivery Riders with a valid bike license to join our team.

Job Overview:
As a Food Delivery Rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food orders to customers. You will be responsible for picking up orders from restaurants, navigating delivery routes, and delivering orders to customers safely and accurately.

Responsibilities:
• Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and ensure all items are correctly packed for delivery.
• Navigate delivery routes using GPS or maps to reach customers' locations within the specified timeframe.
• Deliver food orders to customers' doorstep or designated delivery points with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Handle cash payments or electronic transactions for COD orders and ensure accurate collection and accounting.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the delivery vehicle (bike) and food packaging during transportation.
• Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines to ensure safe riding and delivery practices at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns during deliveries.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and meet daily delivery targets to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Report any issues or incidents related to deliveries, customer feedback, or vehicle maintenance to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery orders, mileage, and fuel consumption for reporting and reimbursement purposes.

Requirements:
• Valid bike license (2-wheeler) with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in food delivery or courier services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with local roads, neighborhoods, and traffic regulations.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle delivery tasks efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards work.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
