s a PCB Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in identifying and rectifying issues in printed circuit boards to ensure the functionality and reliability of electronic products. You'll work closely with our manufacturing and quality control teams to diagnose problems, perform repairs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Responsibilities:
• 1. Diagnostic Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analysis and diagnostics of defective or malfunctioning PCBs to identify root causes of issues.
• - Utilize schematic diagrams, test equipment, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electronic assemblies.
• 2. Component Replacement:
- Remove and replace faulty components such as resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and connectors with precision and accuracy.
• - Solder and desolder components using industry-standard techniques.
• 3. Soldering and Rework:
- Perform soldering and rework on PCBs to correct manufacturing defects or damage.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for soldering quality.
• 4. Quality Control:
- Conduct functional tests on repaired PCBs to verify correct operation and compliance with specifications.

• 5. Documentation:
