Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Content Writer & Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop, write, and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for
various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and
multimedia content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media channels. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
2. Content Strategy:
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives to enhance
brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their goals and tailor content strategies to meet their objectives.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics,
Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, including engagement rates, reach,
impressions, and conversions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to improve
content performance and strategy.
- Track and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
4. Community Management:
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive community and manage any potential negative interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Writer or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools
- Analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
