About GRG Health: GRG Health (A Growman Group Company) is an awarded, global healthcare knowledge services and market research company headquartered in Pune (India) with offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Boston (USA) and Singapore. GRG Health is working on developing machine learning models that can be implemented in traditional insight-gathering and analytics approaches. Our dedicated team of data scientists is working with a few clients on the pilot run of our AI engine. Job type: Full Time (Work from Office) Location: Pune Probation: 3 Months Bond: 1 Year Experience: 0 -3 years Qualifications: • Bachelor's Any Stream • Master’s /MBA Preferred Roles & Responsibilities: • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. • Identifying potential prospects/clients(Pharmaceutical manufacturers, Medical Device manufacturers, Market research & Consulting Firms) • You’ll be responsible for generating leads and setting up meetings through email and LinkedIn engagement, referrals, and other published articles and sources Also, through cold calling (International). • Develop these leads overtime and interact regularly with them to keep them active. Conduct introductory-level conversations with senior executives and assess demand for client services. • Assist with recording and maintaining all conversations and correspondence. • Identify new business opportunities and partners. • Maintain close relationships and communication with the sales team! We are looking for an enthusiastic person with 0-3 years of experience with excellent English communication skills. Someone who believes in hard work and persistence. Also, has a Never Give up attitude. Flexibility is a Must! For experience who have experience in market research is a plus
