Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Kochi. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, front office management, and communication with patients. The role involves handling patient enquiries, appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and managing the front desk. Qualifications • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively with patients and their families • Receptionist duties including maintaining a clean and organized front desk • Effective communication skills to handle patient inquiries and scheduling appointments • Ability to provide effective customer service to patients and their families • Attention to details and ability to multitask • Experience in front-office management and record-keeping • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Front Office Management, or a related field • Proficiency in computer skills and office software • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus • Proficiency in English, Malayalam and Hindi
