Sourcing candidates from various job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn and using own portal Resumofy Telephonic screening of the candidates based on the Job Description provided by Management. Scheduling various technical rounds with the technical team, management and client. Salary and Joining negotiations with final selected candidates. Following up with candidates till they join HR : Joining formalities and proper documentation from selected candidates. Onboarding of a new joiner, handing over all the credentials, coordinating system checks by IT person, Introduction with team, etc Attendance checking and Payroll Processing. Monthly compliance.
