AHMEDABAD, IN ioVista, a leading full-service eCommerce agency based in Dallas, USA, is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will manage and execute email marketing campaigns through platforms such as Mailchimp and HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in newsletter design, segmentation, managing email lists, email marketing automation, and drip sequences. Previous experience in digital agencies or web development companies and exposure to Mailchimp and HubSpot are highly preferred. Responsibilities Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies to achieve campaign objectives and drive customer engagement. Design and create visually appealing newsletters, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Segment email lists based on various criteria to personalize content and target specific audience segments. Develop a content strategy for the newsletter subscriptions. outreach, and engagement. Manage and maintain email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Set up and optimize email marketing automation workflows, including welcome series, drip sequences, and re-engagement campaigns. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance. Monitor and analyze email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and user-engagement rates, to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to ensure the successful execution of email campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a digital agency or web development company. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful email marketing campaigns. Proficiency in using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and HubSpot. Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, and automation. Experience with HTML and CSS for email template design and customization. Experience with Google Analytics tracking to measure campaign success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply data-driven insights. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and integrating email marketing with customer data is a plus.
