Hiring for management trainee who is pursuing/completed Company Secretary for a Private equity firm.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the Company Secretary in ensuring that the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Note: This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate governance, compliance, and administrative functions of a corporate secretarial department.
