We are looking for a Graduate freshers (preferably Science stream) to join our new division Biowearth and having a strong interest in marketing to spearhead our lead generation efforts and market our plant extracts and upcycled products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and support our global sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customer segments, trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Analyze market data to develop targeted marketing strategies.

Lead Generation:
• Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new clients and customers worldwide.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through various channels, including online research, social media, email campaigns, and events.

Sales Support:
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and support their efforts.
• Assist in the development of sales collateral and materials.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree ( Science discipline preferred)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique marketing approaches.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.

Working hours :

Mon-Fri ==> +.30am to 6.30pm

2nd and 4th Saturday ==>+.30am to 1.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
