- Develop and implement tender strategies to ensure successful bid outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning tenders
- Manage timelines and ensure timely submission of tenders
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in tender management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing tenders and achieving bid wins
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tender management software and tools
- Knowledge of industry-specific tendering regulations and guidelines
- Certification in tender management or a related field
