Full job description
Project Leadership: Deliver design projects on time, within budget, and at exceptional quality by implementing effective project management methodologies, delegating tasks efficiently, and overseeing the design workflow.
Strategic Design Direction: Translate business goals into clear design strategies that align with user needs and current design trends. This includes conducting user research, staying abreast of design best practices, and effectively communicating design concepts to stakeholders.
Team Management: Foster a high-performing design team by providing coaching, mentorship, and setting clear expectations. This also includes building a positive and collaborative work environment where team members can thrive.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring clear communication, effectively managing expectations, and exceeding client needs throughout the design process.
Design Quality & Innovation: Set high standards for design excellence within the team. This involves establishing design guidelines, conducting peer reviews, and staying informed about design best practices to ensure the team produces innovative and high-quality design solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
