Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our office team as a Content Writer, and Researcher. The role involves handling yoga students support through email, WhatsApp, partner platforms, and our E-learning platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing engaging and informative content, as well as conducting market analysis and research. If you have experience with simple design, it's a plus but not a must. Proficiency in Mailchimp and newsletters is highly valued.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage our overall emails.
• Create engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and WhatsApp messages to promote our services.
• Design and optimize email templates for maximum impact and user engagement.
• Conduct testing to optimize email performance and conversion rates.
• Analyze key metrics and provide insights to continually improve email efforts.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email .

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Email support executive or similar role.
• Solid understanding of email marketing concepts, best practices, and deliverability.
• Proficiency in using email marketing tools/platforms such as mailchimps.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a fundamental requirement for this role.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience with WhatsApp marketing is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Monthly Salary: INR 15,000 to 20,000
• Incentive Structure: INR 1,000 per booking confirmation(Average booking ratio 50-60 bookings per month)
• Additional Benefits: Food and accommodation will be provided.
