LOOKING FOR A LUCKNOW BASED OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE WITH HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE.

Sanjivini Super Speciality Hospital is a 100 bedded multi-disciplinary super specialty tertiary care hospital, located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintaining an inventory of supplies and ordering new items as needed.
Manage the house keeping, security and other vendors of the hospital.
Complete Hospital Operations related audits (like pharmacy, pathology, radiology, medical equipment etc.)
MRD maintenance & IPD patient bill verification.
Developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare facilities
Evaluating staff performance and identifying areas of improvement or concern
Providing leadership to the healthcare operations team, including nurses, administrators, physicians, and other staff members
Ensuring that all regulatory standards are met regarding patient care, safety standards, infection control, etc.
Reviewing operational budgets and recommending changes to management
Monitoring the performance of facilities and evaluating their compliance with industry standards
Key Skills:

MHA/MBA Operations.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in health administration, health management or a related field is often a requirement to become a healthcare operations manager.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
