About Geniuslane

We deliver Early Intervention for Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Dyslexia, Intellectual Disability, and others accessible to those who need it.

By pairing Pediatricians and Psychologists with innovative technology, we have completed our pilot project delivering the Early Intervention in 2018. We serve children from across India and have reduced medication in +0% of children in outpatient settings.

Digitally delivered early intervention increased compliance (73.41% of patients coming for one year or more), and Early Years Foundation Skills in children. It provides a low-cost, high-efficacy digital platform to address parental anxiety and improve children’s EYFS.

Our vision is to provide early intervention near home to all children. We plan to open one hundred Geniuslane Early Intervention Centre by 2026. This model is also spreading internationally by providing services in the United Kingdom from 2026.

Job description

You will coordinate a team of Front Office/Reception, Psychologist, Play Specialists and other units within the organization and ensure the deliverance of high end services in terms of management and patient care.

Pediatrician must develop good observational skills, and good oral and written communication. Must have leadership and effective management skills.

Key responsibilities:

1) New Patient Consultation

2) Diagnosis communication

3) Enrolment meetings

4) Follow up post assessment

5) Discharge-discontinue Meeting

6) Follow up Consultation for Neurology/Epilepsy/Syndromes

7) Staff Appraisals

8) Compliance meetings

Essential Skills

1) Good oral communication

2) Email and app skills

3) BAMS/BHMS

4) Organization skills

5) Good Inter personal skills

Desirable

1. Communication with parents and children experience

2. Working with children with Neurodisability is preferred but not mandatory

2 Experience in working on software (CRM)

Personality Attributes / Traits:

1. Should live in the city

2. Should be looking to bring a change in the lives of Children with Neurodisability

3. Should enjoy working and playing with children and not motivated by money only.
