Roles & Responsibilities
Create / update job descriptions and screening questions that reflect the exact requirements for each position
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media,and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates
Maintain records of all material used for Recruitment – Task Repository, Feedback Forms, Resumes, Assignments submitted and Interview feedback
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Provide regular updates,progress, and challenges to management.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT/software industry.
Collaborate with senior team members to negotiate job offers and streamline the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Good experience in Sourcing, Screening and interview coordination
