Job Title: Driver

Key Accountabilities:

Drive the bus to the location as per schedule
Bus Repairing and Maintenance
Build relationships with Teachers, Head Masters & external stakeholders through constant interaction
Helping to Trainer for Video Shooting / Editing / Subtitling & completion of bus documentation work.
Qualification

Minimum 8 th /10 th pass with Training Batch License Compulsory
Experience

Min 4 years / Knowledge of Pune Road travelling with rules & regulation.

Driving Responsibilities: Operating a bus safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
Passenger Safety: Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey.
Route Familiarity: Familiarizing oneself with assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Bus drivers may need to navigate through city streets, highways, or rural areas while following predetermined routes.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in proper working condition
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to passengers by answering questions, providing directions, and addressing concerns or complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
Handling Emergencies: Being prepared to handle emergencies or unexpected situations such as accidents, medical emergencies, or adverse weather conditions.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of daily operations, including mileage, fuel consumption, passenger counts, and any incidents or accidents that occur during the course of duty.
Adherence to Regulations: Complying with federal, state, and local regulations governing the operation of commercial vehicles and passenger transportation services.
Professionalism: Conducting oneself professionally at all times, including maintaining a neat and clean appearance, following company policies and procedures, and treating passengers and coworkers with respect and courtesy.
Continuous Training: Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance driving skills, safety knowledge, and customer service abilities.
