Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff at Zostel, located in Ramnagar. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and providing excellent customer service. They will also need to have strong communication skills and computer literacy.

Qualifications

Batchelor degree in any discipline
Phone etiquette
Receptionist duties
Customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Computer literacy
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Knowledge of local attractions and tourist destinations in Ramnagar is a plus
