Job Description
• Develop and maintain Qt-based HMI software using QML and C++ for Automotive Instrument Cluster or Infotainment systems.
• Design and develop games on the Unity platform, as per the design document and given specifications.
• Comprehensive research and development is required for developing the game and its features.
• Troubleshoot and test the game including debugging identifying bottlenecks to devise a solution.
• Contribute unique and personal ideas toward all aspects of the games production and development.
• Ability to work in a team and manage more than 1 project at a given point in time.
• Develop Implement Algorithms using C#.
• Should have knowledge of game play programming.
• Customer Interface (External and Internal)
• Interact with clients as and when required.
• Understand client requirements and translate same into game design Work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and researchers to come up with a one-of-a-kind solution.
• Mentor and Coach the team to enhance their skills and competencies.

Experience/ Skill Requirements
• 3 to 16 years of experience with strong technical expertise in Qt-based Automotive HMI software development using QML and C++
• Good system level overview on technical software architecture for advanced Instrument Cluster and/or Infotainment systems
• Experience on automotive embedded platforms with RTOS environments based on Integrity (preferred)/ QNX/ Linux
• HMI Framework experience with wayland and layer manager knowledge
• Strong in performance optimization topics and in debugging complex HMI issues
• Good understanding of SDLC lifecycle and Agile delivery processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Fast learner who can quickly assimilate in-house HMI architectures, frameworks, tools and methods

Advanced knowledge of one or more of following topics would be desirable :
• Development of 3D HMI applications using Qt 3D and implementation of custom shaders
• Development of IVI middleware components based on GENIVI etc.
