We are Hiring for Marketing Executive.

Job Description:

Overview:

As an Outdoor Marketing Executive for builders, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our construction projects and services to potential clients and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to devise and execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outdoor Campaigns: Plan and execute outdoor marketing campaigns, including hoardings, billboards, banners, and signage placements in strategic locations near construction sites, high-traffic areas, and relevant events.

2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify competitors, and opportunities within the construction industry. Analyse data to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

3. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation tactics to attract potential clients and drive sales. Track and analyse leads through the sales funnel to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in outdoor marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
