Designation: Customer Service Voice Travel
Job Location - Gurugram / Gurgaon, India.
Work Experience & Qualification required:
Skillset required:
- Good communication skills in English - both verbal and written.
- Typing Speed
- 30 WPM with +0% accuracy.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Soft skills required - Helpful, empathetic, Sympathetic and enthusiastic about customer service.
- Attitude to learn and comply with the policy & procedures.
Qualification required:
- Minimum 10+2 / any undergraduate Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma Holders.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 6 Months of proven experience in a BPO / Call centre or in Travel Industry.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Answer all inbound call queries as per call flow procedure.
- Adherence to process to ensure high quality and good customer service.
- Assist Customer with respect to Booking / Cancellation / Re-schedule of travel plans etc.
- Solving customers queries related to Refund and baggage’s.
- Informing customers related to the flight schedule /delays etc.
- Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level First call resolution.
- Break schedule adherence.
- Involvement in motivational activities, implementing feedback given during monitoring sessions.
- Updating various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc.
- Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers.
- Reporting will be to a Team leader / Asst. Manager.
Shifts & Weekoffs:
- Should be willing to work in a 24 by 7 environment, including night shifts.
- Would be entitled to two Weekoff in a week (might not be a Saturday / Sunday).
Transport Facility:
- Both Side transport / Metro Pick and Drop depending on location.

- Rotational shift
