• Required Domestic,Outbound,Voice,Basics of computer,Good communication
• To remind customers about the pending dues & convert into collection. Coordination with Inter & Intra department for debt management support. • Regular follow ups & Team co-ordination, should be highly enthusiastic, diligent, and excellent to work for long tenure. • Coordination with Branch Team for collection conversion. • Preparation of Dunning Letter. • Should be able to do 80 to 100 productive telephonic calls per day.
