Role Description

This is a full-time Recruitment Specialist (BPO) role located in Noida. As a Recruitment Specialist at Signature Technovation, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. You will also be involved in managing the hiring process, including coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and extending offers to selected candidates. This is an on-site role where you will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to identify the best talent for the organization.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Experience with sourcing candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to. effectively evaluate candidates and make data-driven hiring decisions
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the BPO industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Salary: Upto 60k
