Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in crafting our digital presence and driving engagement for both our business and the founder’s personal brand in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, and written) that aligns with our brand’s tone and style.
Highlight our storytelling focus and the meaning behind our jewellery pieces.
Product Launch Strategy & Promotion:

Collaborate with teams to execute product launches and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate efforts across social media, email, and traditional channels.
Customer Engagement:

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance and brand health metrics.
Use data-driven insights to improve our digital presence.
Build Personal Brand:

Develop and execute a strategy to grow the founder's personal brand through thought leadership, behind-the-scenes content, and industry engagement.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics tools.
Passion for jewellery, fashion, and design.
Exposure to digital paid advertisement and PR activities.
Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are:

2-3 years of experience in building and managing personal and business brands, with a proven track record of scaling visions from 0-1 and beyond.
Natural storyteller with impeccable design and communication skills.
Deep understanding of the social media landscape and what drives engagement.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats with a passion for learning and growth.
