Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Guest Services Associate at Jaypee Residency Manor Mussoorie. As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting and assisting guests, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby area. This role is located in Mussoorie and requires on-site presence.
