Job Description:
Job Summary
This position performs research on, designs, develops, and implements current and future global Human Resources Systems/Integrations and delivers project related documents (i.e., requirements documents, design documents, request for proposal, test case development etc.). This position collaborates with organizational stakeholders, internal and external Information Technology (IT) groups, vendors, and senior management to establish and implement systems and processes that reduce errors and improve efficiency.
Job Duties
• Supports creation of new data integrations and updates to existing integrations
• Prioritizes programming changes to identify the impact to HR and to planned staffing to support
• Educates Human Resources to increase user’s knowledge and to reduce errors
• Monitors assigned data integrations, reviews daily/weekly integration error logs and performs necessary corrections
• Supports security and internal/external systems audits
• Evaluates impact of new and modified applications/integrations to determine their effect on existing applications and works with IT to coordinate conversions of existing applications.
• Tests data integrations with internal UPS systems and external vendors to know the full impact of the new technology on the current infrastructure, identify deficiencies, and ensure project quality.
• Creates test scripts to use during system testing
• Builds and maintains relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Works with IT and vendors to handle escalations, and assists in the issue resolution to identify root causes from help desk tickets that support our stakeholders
• Escalates critical issues/errors within UPS and with external vendors
• Recommends process improvements, tools and resources that support future needs

• Previous Workday HCM Systems experience
• Ability to support global time zones as needed for systems testing and releases.
Experience:
• Min 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Previous Workday HCM experience preferred
Work Status: Hybrid Working

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Intl Equivalent
