Location- Cochin / Ernakulam

Brief role :
1. Responsible for handling the Regions in Kerala state.
2. SPOC for Higher Bank dedicates and Management.
3. Run the Project with solutions for any obstacles.
4. Lead the team in the correct direction, Regular team discussion for field activity progress report.
5. An effective leader with good interpersonal communication skills.
6. Team Management: Proficient in leading dedicated teams for running successful process operations and experience of developing procedures and service standards for business excellence.
About company : RBI Governed organization in to Financial inclusion & branchless banking operating since 2008 ,Company is engaged in creating the last mile financial operations network in Urban , Semi urban & rural areas through Banks and conducts transactions on behalf of Banks and Financial Institutions, currently we work with 28 large banks supported by 15,000 Business correspondent & field executives serving in Agent assisted commerce , Wallet top up , Doorstep banking transactions , Wage/ Pension disbursement , Bill Payments , Remittance , Fund transfer , Insurance, sales and policies , Loans , Aadhaar enabled payments etc
