About the Role:

Kooe Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Architect to join our team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will drive the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions, ensuring our platform meets our evolving business needs and delivers exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Way: Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for our ServiceNow platform.
• Design & Architect: Create innovative and scalable ServiceNow solutions, leveraging your expertise in UI Builder, UI design, Playbooks, Import Sets, Transform Maps, data modeling, flow design, and subflow design.
• Hands-On Development: Actively participate in the development process, mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality code.
• Technical Guru: Demonstrate deep knowledge of ServiceNow technical features, including ETL, flow design, business rules, JavaScript scripting, and third-party integrations.
• Problem Solver: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of our ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborator: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• UI Maestro: Mastery of UI Builder and UI design principles, with a track record of creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Data Whiz: Strong understanding of data modeling, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Flow Master: Expertise in flow design and subflow design, creating seamless workflows.
• Technical Acumen: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow technical features, including ETL, business rules, JavaScript scripting, and third-party integrations.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Communication Champion: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with specific ServiceNow modules: Service Portal, Now Platform App Engine, Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, Business Rules, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, IntegrationHub.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments
