We have an opening for general corporate and transaction lawyer with a top tier law firm Location - Noida Level : Associate, SA & PA Minimum experience : 3-8 years PQE with a reputed law firm in corporate commercial transactions,M&A or PE or general transactions space. Should have worked in a top or a mid tier law firm 1. Work experience in the general corporate area with good experience in commercial transactions. 2. Experience of having worked on transactions. 3. Handled some due diligence and also involved in transactions.
