Join LeadMint as a Digital Marketing Executive and become a key player in driving our user acquisition through innovative Google Ads campaigns. This full-time, in-office role not only focuses on leveraging digital campaigns to enhance app installs but also involves engaging with our community through creative marketing and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead User Acquisition: Command the forefront of our Google Ads initiatives, focusing intensely on strategies that maximize app installs and ensure compliance with all relevant policies.
- Enhance Engagement: Utilize your skills in digital marketing to craft compelling push notifications, manage our social media presence, and produce engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Oversee the full spectrum of our digital campaigns, from strategy to execution, ensuring continuous optimization and rigorous A/B testing to surpass performance benchmarks.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign effectiveness, deliver insightful reports, and make data-driven adjustments to strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful Google Ads campaigns, especially in app promotions.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms, with excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Facebook Ads/Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant advertising tools.

- Experience with Google Ads in App Campaigns is preferred.
