Litigation Associate

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on complex intellectual property litigation matters, including patent and trademark. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys and clients, develop litigation strategies, and contribute to the firm's success. Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in IP Litigation Key Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex IP issues. • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. • Participate in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities. • Prepare and manage discovery, including taking and defending depositions. • Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients. • Assist in managing client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress. • Stay current on developments in intellectual property law and advise clients accordingly.
