We are seeking dynamic and experienced Email Marketing/Lead Generation Executives to join our innovative team. As an Email Marketing/Lead Generation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion. This position requires a keen understanding of email marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and the ability to leverage various online platforms for maximum impact.

Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify the Target Audience: Conduct thorough research to identify our target audience and devise strategies to expand our email subscriber base.

2. Build Email Databases: Develop and maintain databases of email contacts for lead generation purposes, utilizing various online directories and sources.

3. Execute Cold Email Campaigns: Design and implement effective cold email campaigns to engage with potential leads and prospects, with a focus on generating interest and conversions.

4. Track and Analyze Performance: Monitor the performance of email marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

5. Utilize LinkedIn for Lead Generation: Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms to identify and connect with potential leads, and nurture relationships through targeted messaging and engagement.

6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and lead generation, and actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving campaign performance and efficiency.

7. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all email marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations, to maintain high deliverability rates and protect our brand reputation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience (1-3 years) in email marketing, lead generation, or related roles.

· Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for crafting compelling email copy.

· Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation purposes.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
