Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to user comments and messages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives, campaigns, and promotions.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and other relevant stakeholders to amplify our brand presence and reach.
Stay abreast of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to social media marketing and ensure compliance in all activities.
